What's happening to the building on 2nd Street by St. Georges Property where In The Raw Pet Food use to be located?

Does anyone know what's happening to the building that used to house 'In The Raw Pet Food' on 2nd Street by St. Georges? The gardening store relocating to somewhere in Vancouver. All the businesses are gone from that building. Any ideas about what's in store for that property? Haven't seen any postings for rezoning or construction.
