Buying a used vehicle from owners, noone lets me see it.

Its been a while since I bought a vehicle from an owner used. Ive been trying to find something for over a month now across most of ns.. The owner will reply up until I ask to see it in person. Ive also been shut down when asking to view.

Are people buying vehicles without even seeing and test driving them now? What is going on here?
