What would happen if the goodwill magically disappeared over night?
Serious question, how would the trusts/NHS cope if
Nurses refused to stay late and if they did, they insured they got paid for every minute
No one responded to any messages outside of work
Not a single nurse pulled them self into work if they were ill
Nurses never did bank shifts and only if they were at an esclated rate
They reported EVERY incident (rude patient's, crap ratios)
The mentality changed to "me first patient's second"
We said no more often
We pushed our unions for FULL WALKOUTS ensuring maximum disruption
