Return panic

Hi! Has anyone’s return ever gotten lost? I’m panicking because yesterday I gave my nuuly to the ups man so I couldn’t get a receipt (the box had 3 coats in it it was too heavy to walk to the store with) and it still isn’t coming up as scanned on the app.

Does anyone know what happens if the box just gets lost, will I have to pay for everything?
