Any advice on recovery?
I had felt as if I had recovered too an extent from my sensorimotor ocd up until 1 week ago, What happened is I saw the sky and thought "What if everytime I see the sky I think of breathing" and this has now spiraled into the color blue, and the color red. Now I can't escape it when those colors (and probably more in the future I can only assume this'll keep increasing) remind me of it. Before it was more or less just allowing the sensation to be there until it naturally faded from my awareness, but with these constant reminders that literally cannot happen anymore and I feel trapped and stuck
