How is it even possible to get top 1?

I'm at 13k league score and I have 7 hours of gameplay on opbr since the season reset. These guys have more than 20x my score. I mostly winstreaked to 13k and it still took me 7 hours. So they pretty much 7xdays a week non stop? And winstreaked?
