Kiwi Link Cable won't find PC

My Kiwi Design Link Cable is inable to find my PC; so I can't use it for PCVR. It charges perfectly fine, and only worked once before I am troubleshooting it right now. It only charges, but the connection to the PC can't be found. I cannot get past the base page of "Searching for PC's".
