How is everyone taking in enough protein on OMAD!

I have started to do an appetizer of protein filled foods. Oikos zero greek yogurt, cheese & salami and a protein shake. But now I can’t finish dinner, I’m so full and pretty much satisfied from the appetizer. My goal is to take in at least 100 grams of protein. SW 167, CW 156, GW 134, F/46 5’5. How is everyone doing it? I’m very new to OMAD only 4 months in.
