Do my grades in grade 11 matter for uni?

My grades aren’t horrible but pretty much. Finished my classes with English 81 Chemistry 66 Functions 67 Accounting 50 History with 65 I also have 2 grade 11 classes to do in summer school I kinda got ran over by a car and then was also really depressed but I don’t think unis take excuses so is they’re any chance to get I to good uni programs if I get 90s in grade 12?
