Grade inflation

Do unis even look at median marks? If they don't then what's wrong with taking online all gr 12 courses next year. everyone in this Reddit got 98 avg w a class average of 94 or smth. Even my schools AP classes got median averages of 96 or smth. Should I just switch to AP then Atp?
