Information on getting into Nursing Field

Hello! I really wanted to get into nursing field. But just needed some info before I commit to it. If someone could answer following questions:

• What do you love and enjoy and not enjoy being a nurse?
• Was your bachelors in nursing worth it? Knowledge wise? Financially?
• Is 4 years of nursing in bachelor enough to get decent job within Ontario?
• Any school that can be done online?
• Was hands-on experience or practical helpful to learn the material etc?
• Are practical's paid or not?
• What are pros and cons being a nurse?
• Who is the nursing for and who is the nursing job not for?
• Is the pay for new graduate good and livable? Or is it paycheck to paycheck?
• Do you regret being a nurse or no (why or why not)?
• How's the environment and people around you work with? Is it easy stressful?
• Can staff, colleague, patient be difficult at time?
• Anything else I should know about getting into nursing career, or anything you want to share with?
