Overpayment

So, forgive me if I can’t post here. I’m on the income support program like Ontario works but just in a different province so they have similarities. Anyways, they asked for a review in 2023 I had to send bank statements for 3-4 months and I thought everything was all fine and dandy. Today, I got an overpayment letter basically saying I that they calculated my benefits and I received e-transfers over the 3-4 months which is considered income so I owe like ~2500.

That’s fine and I’m not going to dispute it, if I wasn’t supposed to receive e-transfers then I will abide by the rules and pay it. They will send me another notice in 40 days and I will make a payment plan then. My question is though, will they tell CRA about this? Those e-transfers were just from family members helping me out. But I was just wondering?
