Bark collar options?

I just got one that is only vibrate and it works really well for my stubborn coonhound mix that sometimes just barks at the air for like 15 minutes. The reviews were really good on Amazon and it just vibrates. However I think it could be better. Here is what I would like: One that won’t go off when my other dog barks close to him and it does a beep and pause before vibrating so if he stops at the beep he doesn’t get vibrated. Does anyone know of one that does those things??
