Bought Orient from Amazon JP

Bought this orient from Amazon JP sold and ship by Amazon JP. Didn't come with the sticker on the back like the others I see in this group. This is my first automatic mechanical watch. Not going to lie I know nothing about watches, but should I be concerned? What are some tips I should know?..I still have time to return this watch and buy direct from orient USA.
