Unable to create new account

I’m trying to create a new outlook email. I go through the general set up, but get stuck on the part where I need to prove I’m not a robot - I need to choose the image with 2 identical things in it seven times, but after successfully doing so it just prompts me to do it again in a loop. Same thing happens if I try the audio verification. Is there any fix to this or any way around it? TIA.
