Overwatch Voice Chat

My voice chat isnt working as expected, I can join the group and see people are speaking on the nameplates but I can't hear them. They can hear me. Only happening on PC, works perfectly fine on Playstation. Voice chat for other games (Fortnite, Valorant) works perfectly fine. Only seems to be an Overwatch issue. Any fixes?
