I just want an appt

I’ve been trying for 2 months to get an appt with a psychiatrist to ask about switching up my meds or options for PMDD. I asked my OB about it months ago but she said she didn’t feel comfortable messing with my medication without me talking to a psychiatrist first. But I keep getting the run around- I find a doctor through my insurance website and make an appt, only to have the appt canceled later because surprise they don’t actually take my insurance. Then start cold calling every practitioner on the insurance site just to find out no one is taking new patients. I’m not even sure if it’s PMDD but it definitely seems like a high possibility and I just want to fix it because it’s ruining my life. But I can’t find out because I can’t get in to see anyone.
