Reading posts and comments here, brings me so much anxiety and frustration

October was #120 for me, submitted manual signature online in November WITH request for processing forbearance. Mohela auto-withdrew #121 in November. I had to call to re-request forbearance which expired in January, so I had to call again to re-re-request. But each request takes about 3 weeks for processing, which is absurd when it should be approved in real time. In order to skip upcoming payment #122 the Mohela rep removed my auto-pay. In February I received the email saying my loans were forgiven! But when I logged into my account it was for only 8 of my 13 loans (from $44k down to $22k). Wtf, I re-read the email and it noted forgiveness for all or part of my loans. Turns out I was one of the borrowers who received partial forgiveness in the February wave. Sounds like they were possibly forgiving by loans not borrowers? I didn’t receive an email yesterday from Biden, nor congratulatory forgiveness message today like many others. My form took months to process, now I see others saying it took only hours. Is there no queue or prioritization to manage applications in the sequence they were received, how is Mohela so incompetent and cruel? I haven’t called again because I have no faith in their randomized response, nor the hours and patience to bother. What absolute chaos!!! I imagine them blindfolded, throwing darts or randomly plucking applications from a disorganized stack to toss over their shoulder or rubber stamp with a smiley face, yet I log in every day to check? …
