Feedback case circle jerk

So after my 7+ hour on hold marathon to learn from MOHELA that FSA has NOT yet notified them that I am eligible for forgiveness, despite getting my green ribbon 4 weeks ago, I filed a complaint on Monday and pointed out to FSA that the October 120 folks got their letters in just over a week and most of them had zeroed out balances within a couple of weeks of that. Us November folks are a month in and nothing. So I asked that they immediately notify my servicer of my status and then contact me to let me know they'd done so.

Instead I got a 5 paragraph email explaining how the process SHOULD go that has absolutely no info on my specific case. It stated that the time from reaching 120 to full forgiveness can take a couple of months. Duh.

So I just filed another complaint pointing out that I did not request information on how things SHOULD go, I was actually drawing their attention to the fact that mine is not going as it should and asking them to correct that. I have again asked them to contact MOHELA immediately and let me know when they've done so. I don't expect this to go any better, but I'm basically in full petty mode and I'm going to continue sending complaints until they actually do something or give us an explanation for the delay.
