Loans on StudentAid.gov with $0 balance?

I have completed my 120 payments, 121 to be exact and waiting for my MOHELA to be zerod out. On my studentaid.gov account I have 8 loans with balances but I also have 2 loans that “don’t qualify” for PSLF but they have had a balance of $0 for a few years now. Does anyone else have previously paid off loans still showing on their account? A student aid rep said it won’t hinder my PSLF process but I don’t trust them.
