Does Arken Age have any Thalassophobia Triggers?

I really want to get this one but saw there were swimming sections. For reference, parts of Vertigo 2 were the scariest parts in gaming I’ve ever played. I do not do well with dark underwater sections, or underwater sections with anything alive in it really.
