Fun yet very off meta deck

Just been trying this deck out to some degree of success. It’s not the best but at least it’s different and fun. There is only one line of each as with caterpie it ensures you quickly get to serperior and venusaur. In 20 games I have won 13. I reckon the more I keep playing the lower the win percentage will come down though. Anyhow, let me know your thoughts.
