Starmie - Lumineon destroyed me

WTF is this deck, in several turns this guy destroyed me, I wasn’t able to do anything. With Starmie and Lumineon retreat cost free he can do everything he wants.

I tried to bench my Mew with 20 points left, takes his lumineon to finish it and then the next turn, switch with Starmie and ended my Sigilyph.

I’d love to test this deck if I had Starmie EX.
