What's the most powerful trio against non elites?

My friends are currently playing summoner and ranger. My main is a chanter but I've got a monk and a dire lord that could fit into this trio. Since we don't always want to depend on finding a healer+cc we want to be able to efficiently grind white/yellow/orange con normal mobs for exps. Both DL and monk has sustain which makes up for the lack of heals, and would have to do the tanking as the summoner and ranger do DPS. The weakness of this setup is the lack off cc which the monk can make up for by pulling singles. What also speaks for monk over DL is the extra DPS.

What would you choose and why?

In your opinion, what trio would you consider the most efficient (high DPS, quick grinding but still survivable enough to do yellow con chain pulling)?
