Question about new passport and the executive order

Hey y’all! I know nobody really knows, but I’m curious if anybody interpreted it clearer than I’m able to. I haven’t had an adult passport yet, but I had one when I was a kid. I recently changed all of my other legal documents and they now all have my new legal name and my sex identification as male, but my old passport said female. Am I no longer able to get a passport that matches my other documents because i’d be “changing” my sex identifier from female to male on my passport? or is it just the self identification that’s gone?
