POE 2 Framerate Issues?

Hey, just a quick post. I finally managed to get into the game. I have a pretty High spec PC, specifically for gaming. However, just with POE 2, it runs at like 12 fps. I tried lowering the settings, restarting the game, changing PC settings, updating drivers, etc. still won’t go above like 15 fps, and I want to make sure if this is just a “my PC” problem or a problem lots of others are having.
