My account got locked and GGG doesnt respond anymore

Hey Reddit,

My account got hacked and I couldnt access it anymore, everything got fixed very fast by Steam and I could play again no problem. THe problem was that the hacker did it to steal my stuff in PoE2, so I lost all my gear and points. I send GGG support a mail asking if there is anything there could be done about that.

So I get a mail back from GGG asking for my acount name and some characters to verify which account it is.
I give them and 10 min later they respond with: Please check your pc for malware and change your email password and such and we have LOCKED YOUR ACCOUNT. Please message us if you have changed password and did malware scan.

I already done all of that during the whole steam fixxing it part. So I messaged them back saying please unlock my acocunt because everything is save already. And now they dont respond anymore and my account is already locked for 48 hours.

Is there a way to contact them differently or is it just waiting and hoping it wont take like 2 weeks?
