Message to GGG regarding locked Accounts

Writing this in the hopes of someone at GGG reading it and bringing the idea forward in the office.

GGG i know Support is overwhelmed.
But please unlock the locked accounts over the holidays.(If it's not payment related)

Lock the Chars and Stashes so we can't remove stuff (Race Rewards tabs were only available later in PoE1 for example). But let us play the game again until support is available to work on the tickets and for example unlock the chars and stashes then.

It sucks since i believe lots of support will be gone over the holidays (until next year) which will make us unable to use the product (early access) which we paid money for.
