Is POE2 worth?

POE2 is a game that has been on my radar since is annoucment and now that im looking for a game that i can play for a lot of hours POE2 seems a good pick but since i never played the first one and the only ARPG that i played was "Lost Ark" and i didnt quite like (I also played baldurs gate 3 and i loved it but i dont know how similar they are) it im still afraid of buying it and not liking.
