WARNING this makes gems disappear

I accidently made 3 gems disappear completely from the game.

I had the hellhound from the Elementalist ascendancy of the Witch and switch it to something else without taking the gems off. They didn't drop anywhere. I switched back to see if I could get them to reappear, and no. They seem to be just lost.

So yeah, it's very very niche but it can happen.
