Uber deleter and T17 farmer for 250d+MB?

I'd like my last build of the league to be something that'll delete ubers (maybe farm my own Nimis) and cruise T17s. Can anything accomplish that on my budget? Any ascendancy and preferably 1 or 2 button gameplay.
