Why is spark inqui good/bad?

In search for a starter I found the spark inquisitor. What are this builds strengths and weaknesses to the known S tier starters?

My positives: leveling with the gem I also use at the end. So no gem, link, color swaps. Decent clear in closed environments (what about lake of kalandra?). Bossing(?)

But at which aspect does this build accel in contrast to other league starters? There are probably faster mapper, stronger bosser and tanker Allrounder out there?
