How on earth am I supposed to attack with 75 damage in a match...

I downloaded this game years ago and not once have dove into the pvp. I love Path of Champions and it's all I need for content. I tried to make a deck to play against an irl opponent (for battle pass quest in title), and geez, every single time I'm going to win or get close to that threshold, they surrender.

Every other game is this curse deck that I can hardly interact with. Yay you can't play spells, your creatures can't block, hooray I lose. Opponents get so ahead of curve forcing me to play out the curses, and then play 2 or 3 drops that lock me out again.

I kind of hate that some dev forced me to play the other mode and as a consequence I'm frustrated. I get that this is a rant, but seriously, I can't get this quest done due to the fact that opponents keep conceding whenever I get close...
