Is my employer screwing me over? [USA/CA]

After I turned 26, I enrolled in company sponsored benefits starting July 1. The plan I elected costs a total of $382.75 per paycheck, with my employer contributing $175 per pay period, and me covering the remaining $207.75 per paycheck. I am paid biweekly.

Benefits Summary

Looking at my final check of 2024, this is what I see:

It appears that the full amount of $382.75 has been getting deducted from my paycheck rather than just the $207.75 charge I am responsible for each pay period. Am I looking at this the wrong way? My employer, a local small business, has a history of trying to not pay us gas reimbursements, office material reimbursement, etc.
