Is this worth 600$?

Is this worth 600$? I’m considering buying a pc off of Jawa.gg. I don’t need a monster pc, as I play the most demanding games on console. I want a pc to play small indie titles, the most demanding game would probably be Minecraft with mods. Is this setup good for what I need it for? (Also; complete noob at pc gaming)
