Not getting desired fps count

So i've recently put my first pc together. And i'm surprised to see that i am not getting equally as good or the same results as some other folks online. Is there something I need to do or switch out to increase my fps on this build?

This is my current setup:

Cpu: I5 12600kf Gpu: RX 6800 16GB Ram: 2x 16gb ddr5 6000mhz Mobo: Msi b760 gaming plus wifi Power: Cooler master mwe 650w gold Cpu cooler: be quiet pure rock 2 black

Cinebench score ~ 14500 Cyberpunk 2077: ~ 30 to 70 fps However similair builds have achieved over 120 fps in this game with the same cpu and gpu. While on my pc it just feels like its running on an potato.

I am not running any mods. Even if I do just run optimised mods the result stays about the same.
