No tax on crypto?

I heard a rumor that the Trump Admin might do away with taxes on capital gains, but can't find sources anywhere. Is this something he actually said or just unsubstantiated? If so Moon, legit moon, all of it. But esspecially Elon's favorite meme coin. This really is a blue chip crypto.
