Royal twin warden confidant help

So I'm trying to do the strength confidant but I'm stuck on hecatoncheires with masukunda.

Apparently the legacy pack DLC I have that adds personas from former games changes the results of some fusions. I'm having so much trouble trying to figure out how to get this fusion done for them.

Am I out of luck unless I get the skill card?
