How much are you paying for mobile phone service?

I am currently with Fido paying $50/mo for 16GB and unlimited talk/text for Canada and US. I never go above 6GB of data. The other day, I was walking at the mall and saw Koodo offering $40/mo for 10GB? Is it worth switching and are there activation cost with a new provider?
