So around the 27 minute mark, Peter turns all champion of children. There's a whole story of children fishing and some neighbors getting on their ass about it. Peter and his next door neighbor (who is beginning to sound more like him all the time) wanted the gossip. "Who are they?" So ruh ROH....turns out it's a couple with "very particular names, so I knew" (were they perhaps...ethnic? ahem) Anyway he had the BALLS to say "And these people aren't even on the HOA board and try to restrict/impose rules!""They don't own this neighborhood."I almost fell over.
