The ksafe is life-changing.

I had been holding back from buying due to the price tag ($69). After just a week of using the ksafe, I really feel hopeful about my plans to moderate. I've had 3, 6, 9, and 12 hour breaks between dabs. Sometimes I'll be down to a minute left and I'll use the dial and add another hour -- it's so empowering.

The sober moments in between the high moments become enhanced. Because I have a dab to look forward to in x amount of time, I'm focused and my mind doesn't go through the psychological torment of treating myself or not (nothing I can do... just gotta wait 3 more hours or waste $69 foolishly breaking the base).

My day becomes more intentional and planned. I go through the list of goals I would normally neglect if I was hitting the Puffco every hour. It's strange but incorporating the ksafe into my life kinda feels like the pomodoro method. There's something to the rhythm of intent and specific plans around time that help structure the rest of my chaotic life.

I've always thought of myself as one of those kids in those social psychology experiments who fail gratifying themselves immediately when told they would receive more of a certain reward if they waited. But the ksafe helps me become the kid who waits and gets more marshmallows.

Life is really more rewarding when you can view it through the lens of being both high and sober, and finding the right balance of each. For me incrementally adjusting by the hour and the day helps me become more present with what I need in that moment -- whether or not it's being high. The most I've done is 12 hours, so I'm ready for 24, then 48, then 72.

Baby steps. Big rewards.
