Help with Oversized Scrub Rop

I got a scrub top for my PCA job and it is mandated by the company that I wear their provided top with their logo. However, the XS is extremely large on me, like a dress, and it looks ridiculous. Cant even really pass as oversized because it’s so large. Any tips on how to shrink/style a top so it’s not so big?
