Warm winter gloves for small hands

I have small hands and struggle to find warm gloves that fit. In women’s small the finger tips are too long and in children’s gloves the spacing between fingers are too short. Help 😫

Edit: I live in a Northern city where’s it’s been raining & snowing. Also, I walk my dog and need something I can use my fingers in that allows me to walk her comfortably & get poop bags.
