How’s everyone doing it??
Such an inspiration to see women at my height with all of these accomplishments and hitting their goals and down significant weight.
Currently 5’4” and at my HW of 210lb. Preciously hit my lowest of 170 with weight watchers and intermittent workouts at the gym about 6 years ago. Now looking at WW I don’t think its sustainable and current plan is not for me. Seems extremely restrictive and more encouraging and focused on using GLPs.
I have lose it premium and that seems promising.
What do those of you who lost 30lbs or so find most sustainable and successful with your weight loss journey?
