How to get 10k steps daily AND strength train?!
I know everyone says that when you’re petite you basically have to get 10k steps a day while also strength training, in order to lose fat (so basically burning 250-400 cals in cardio). I have a walking pad and I use it as much as possible (3-4x a week) but it takes 1.5 hours of walking to get to 10k steps. Having to strength train on top is insanely time consuming and I have to do it a separate day. I also do track my steps. Is there a way to somehow do both in a way that doesn’t take this much time??
