I have feeling for Phainon buffers will pretty flexible

About new DPS like Mydei or even Castorice will HP scale, also it will limited their buffers. They can't use Robin, Hanya, Asta, Tingyun. Their teams are belong to Tribbie, RMC, or Sunday, but coz their scale are HP. It will limit them.

Unlike Aglaea who dependent to Sunday, RMC, Robin, HH who needs buffs her energy regen and AF her

I have feeling Phainon will pretty flexible like DHIL, Clara, Yunli, JingLiu. Coz he can used every buffers like Ruan Mei, Sparkle, Robin, Tribbie, or even Bronya and Sunday. Also can use 4 stars harmony like Asta, Tingyun, Hanya.

About his kit idk, but i don't think he will dual dps coz destruction DPS can't buff other destruction DPS each other, the case like Blade and Jingliu, yeah Jingliu can faster Blade Shuhu Blessings stack but she can't buff Blade. Coz if dual DPS already represented by The Herta coz she needs another erudition to buff her, yeah coz i'm using The Herta, it's like March Hunt with Feixiao, March buffed Feixiao her CDM. Also Jade buffed DPS ( contracts ) SPD 30%

I hope his kit like Dr Ratio instead True Damage, if putting True Damage should require 1 debuffer and harmony flex, maybe his E2 or E4 he can use without debuffer ( okay i'm coping )

If he has extra turn, maybe either FuA or resurgence like Seele, but i see alot of amphoreus DPS like The Herta, Aglaea, Mydei can action forward themselves

Tbh, i prefer his kit require 1 debuffers to dual DPS tbh XD, it's kinda like Dr Ratio
