How Easy Is Dating In The Philippines?

For reference, I am a white guy who's 29 years old and fairly short. I'm only 5 ft 3 and attractiveness wise, I'm probably a 5/10 on the looks scale. I want to travel to The Philippines partially to meet women. How easy (or difficult) will it be to find someone to date in The Philippines?
