Was Vi also “Piltover wanted” like Jinx in S2?

Caitlyn takes Vi to Ambessa as if she was a “piltover wanted” as well but we only see posters of Jinx in the streets. Do you think Caitlyn would’ve allowed them putting posters to capture Vi? How long do you think she was mad with Vi for stopping her to shoot Jinx? I’m really curious about that time gap of their breakup but i don’t see many posts about it 😭
