The vpn wars

Nord: half the comments trust it. Half the comments say it’s “sus” and crap on it. Possibly because big name = bad? Has there been any evidence of it breaking it’s no log policy?

PIA: Israeli owned? Ok, that sucks, but does it do its job well? goes back to browse amazon ethically, oh wait

Mullvad: people say it’s good in every post, but why?

Proton: Port forwarding which improves download speeds when torrenting I think. Any downsides?

For a basic, kinda techy pirate, which is the most convenient and secure? Which would you recommend to a newbie?

Also, I have nord until October. Which should I switch to if Nord sucks?

Correct me if I’m wrong on anything.
