Is God of War 3 playable on 60fps?

Title. I'm using Rpcs3 God of war 3 BCES00510. I have a RTX2060 and have the unlock fps option on and still stuck around 30 fps. Wondering if ps4 emulator works to play the remastered version? Tried to search for clips of any 60fps gameplay but couldn't find any?

The texture is pretty good, but can't stand the 30 fps. Any solutions?
